On Rainy Days:
When the rain comes in hard and cold who doesn’t want to snuggle up in bed under the warm covers?  I know I do!  Precipitation or not life had to go on today and with a full list of things to do I needed an outfit that was comfortable and functional.  So what are my rainy day essentials?  Well rain boots are a must to manage through puddles, and a cute umbrella is a little something to keep me smiling when I’m feeling chilly amidst the raindrops.  Plus a durable trench over a pretty, quick-drying blouse is a total necessity to keep the drizzles away!

How do you dress to face the rain?

Not gonna lie, I have a *gasp* pair of Crocs that are my rain shoes but they are super cute mary jane style in bright blue. They don’t keep my jeans dry but they look cute with dresses and pants and I pass for real shoes.

    Cute trench!

I always wear my favorite bright yellow dress with black lace stockings and flat black boots. I like to wear something bright on dreary days.
