Did you know this past Saturday was National Swap Day? The brainchild of sustainable style experts Melissa and Amy, aka The Swapaholics, and their team at Swap.com, the goal of National Swap Day was to encourage shoppers across the country to exchange their ways and give swapping a try. As the proud founder of Ruffian Swap I had the pleasure of participating and spreading the swapping love throughout Greater New Orleans. The day was a blast and it made me so happy to see our swappers leave with full bags and big smiles. Though I really liked my outfit, heels may not have been the best choice this time around! I should have taken my own swap wear advice.

ooh this is so fantastic! I love these swaps. I live in BC and don’t know of any here yet. However, would love to organize one and SWAP some clothes. You look gorgeous as always, lovely in green! Well first off, you look wonderful! I’m so jealous that I missed all the swapping going on – I’ve heard tons of disbatches from Boston bloggers that Amy and Melissa put on one heck of an event for the occasion. Now that I’m somewhat settled I need to work on finding some blogger friends in SF and figure out the swapping scene, boy is moving expensive – but that doesn’t mean I couldn’t use some new-to-me clothes. Sounds like your event was a smash!
