Blouse: F21, Belt + Skirt: Borrowed from Andi, Blue Suede Shoes: Steve Madden
Last Monday NOLA Fashion Week kicked off with The Art of Style party. After a full day of preparations I had barely a minute to change and freshen up, in the bathroom of an office nonetheless. Pulling up to the event Andi (one of my two business partners and all around fab gal) and I fixed our lipstick, exchanged a glance, and got out of the car as we soaked in the moment that Fashion Week had begun. Thank goodness she also let me borrow this flirty pleated skirt, perfect for the evening’s celebration.

Sometimes it isn’t so glamorous huh!! It’s a lot of hard work, too. And that’s the part that a lot of people don’t get to see. You got ready in a bathroom and you still look fabulous!!
