Dress: Loretta Jane, Borrowed; Sunnies: Vintage Ray Ban, formerly Dad’s; Heels: Ruffian Swap, formerly Juley’s; Nails: SpaRitual Circle of Life
This dress pretty much sums up how I would like to live all Summer. It’s playful, sweet, and has so many precious details. I wore it to the New Orleans screening of Bill Cunningham New York, a fun and moving film about the famed fashion photographer. If you have the opportunity to see it you must do so. My NOLA Fashion Week co-founder Andi and I were asked to speak a bit after the film as representatives of the local fashion community so I wanted to wear something that embodied the joy and individuality of getting dressed that was so celebrated in the film, with a nod to New Orleans. Loretta Jane, based locally, is a line that does just that – making this dress even more perfect for the occasion.

You are totally right, this dress is perfect! I love how you’ve dressed it up here, but I can easily see it working with flats or boyish oxfords just as nicely. Cute! You should buy it!

First off, these photos are stunning! I absolutely love the cut of that dress, and the shoes are perfect. Are they Pour La Victoire? If so, I have the same ones though mine are black, yellow and fushia. They’re super comfy, right?
