It feels good to be back! Last weekend Austin and I took my folks up to Santa Ynez Valley for a little wine tasting in celebration of their visit. Only about 3 hours from Los Angeles, the Santa Ynez Valley is filled with some of the freshest, tastiest Pinot Noir I’ve ever had. The town is overflowing with wineries run by families and made with love, like my new favorite Carhartt and the popular Firestone. Did you ever see the movie Sideways? This is where it was filmed! Lightweight vintage trousers and a pocketed blouse took me from vineyard hopping during the day to a lovely steak dinner that evening. And how darling are these metallic heeled heels?!
