Necklace: Vintage via Rose Bowl Flea Market; Blouse: Vintage, Thrifted; Skirt: LC Lauren Conrad for Kohl’s; Heels: Topshop; Bag: Dooney & Bourke
A quick outfit shot from last week’s Pre-LA Fashion Week party, hosted by Two Point Oh! LA. I came straight from the office in a vintage petal print blouse and necklace paired with a pastel pleated skirt and my oversized work tote. A touch of coral lipstick was a simple addition to take this look from day to night (I always keep a tube in my bag for just such an occasion).

Sunnies: Ray Ban; Tank + Belt: Crack Gallery; Shorts: Rose Bowl Flea Market ($1 bin!); Heels: Topshop; Purse: Vintage Coach, formerly Mom’s
A quick trip back to New Orleans to celebrate the nuptials of two dear friends wouldn’t have been complete without a walk through City Park. And after finding these shorts at the Rose Bowl Flea Market last month I was so excited to wear them while being back down South – what’s more Southern than super wide seersucker??! To stay comfortable amidst the last remnants of Summer sun I paired them with a bold solid muscle tank, my favorite new metallic heeled heels and some neutral nails.

Dress: Vintage via Shareen Vintage; Belt: H&M; Heels: Seychelles; Bracelets: Vintage + shop in Venice Beach
So long ombre hair, a new season means it’s time for me to try out a new hair style. Inspired by the likes of Alexa Chung and Jessica Alba, I went with a blunt shoulder length cut and a much needed bang trim to welcome Fall. A bit of of color toned down the bright blonde ends to a light brown, giving me a darker, more natural looking, overall look. I’m loving the change so far!
